aer

aer – Expect the unexpected. Air is omnipresent. When combined with particles of water, powder, dust, and wind, it manifests its energy, momentum, and beauty. In Neuperlach, the “aer” element unveils the invisible, harnessing the existing potential to transform the current building into a blueprint for the emerging Neuperlach district through sustainable restructuring and efficient conversion.

The corporate design for this real estate project embraces this concept literally, incorporating airy particles in vibrant, bold colors, accompanied by large, solid typography. It tells a story of movement, contrasts, and light, seamlessly blending fleeting moments with tangible facts that come to life through the finishing touches of a photochromatic varnish cover image.
